At Cellumove, your satisfaction is our priority. If you notice a product defect or if the size is not what you expected, you may submit a request within 30 days of receiving your item.
1. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition.

A €30 restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale Items: Items purchased with a discount code or during clearance sales are considered Final Sale.

Hygiene/Intimate Items: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, breastfeeding accessories, or opened skincare products.

Orders in Transit: If you change your mind after an order has been dispatched, you must wait for the delivery to arrive before initiating a return. We cannot cancel or refund orders while they are with the carrier.

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it:
